Getting there
We recommend a return air flight to Malaga. There are many cheap scheduled flights available.
From the airport you can take a taxi or transfer via bus to Colmenar or Riogordo. We will meet and return you to Colmenar or Riogordo at the beginning and end of your holiday.
A bus leaves from the airport to the bus station in Malaga every half hour. The journey is about 30 minutes to Colmenar or 45 to Riogordo. Fare (2009) to Riogordo is €3,66 one way and to Colmenar €1,75 one way.
The bus for Colmenar and Riogordo leaves from stand 32 on weekdays at 08.00, 09.00, 12.00, 13.00, 15.00, 18.30 and 20.00 hours, on Saturday at 13.00 and 19.00 and on Sunday at 11.00 and 19.00. Journey about 45 min.
From Riogordo the bus departs for Malaga on weekdays at 7:00, 07:45, 9:00, 10:00, 14:00, 16: 00 and 18:30 hours. On Saturdays at 08:45 and 16:30 hours on Sunday and 09:45 and 17:45 hours. The bus picks up in Colmenar 15 minutes later.
